The BSH Partnership provides recruitment services to clients for appointments in the UK and Worldwide.
The Partnership undertakes assignments tailored to suit individual clients and are researched thoroughly to ensure the clients needs are fully understood. This includes the preparation of job descriptions and personnel specifications, advice on salaries and benefits, in-depth interviews of selected candidates and conducting psychometric and personality testing if considered an important element by clients within the recruitment process.
Clients are contacted regularly during the course of the assignment to provide an up date on progress together with confidential interview reports submitted for all short listed candidates. Client interviews with candidates will be arranged as appropriate with regular candidate contact following interviews to assess degree of interest and provide valuable feedback.
Candidates for appointments are identified from within the Partnership's candidate database together with confidential research and search exercises, thus providing meaningful short listings. Recruitment advertising is used on a regular basis to support the search and select process.
Recruitment services cover all the construction disciplines and includes Senior and Middle Management, Civil and Building Engineering, Mech/Elec. HVAC. and Building Services, Commercial, Financial, Sales, Marketing and Business Development and professions within the design process.
Client sectors cover: Contracting - Building and Civil Engineering (including specialist areas such as PFI, Partnering and Sub Contractor activities), Project and Construction Management, Industrial, Retail, Commercial and Residential Development.
FEE STRUCTURE AND CHARGES
For appointments where the client considers a full assignment service is not necessary and candidates are recruited through our data base the fee will be based on a percentage of the candidates basic annual starting salary payable only upon commencement of employment. Our fee charges are competitive and will be agreed with the client on an individual basis upon receiving instructions to submit suitable candidates for the vacancy.
The fee and structure of payment will be agreed with the client upon acceptance of an assignment and will be based on a percentage of the agreed basic starting salary. Normally however, we would expect the client to agree a system of stage payments consisting of one third of the fee payable at the commencement of the assignment a further one third at agreed short listings and the remainder upon commencement of employment of the successful candidate. Please note, to cover recruitment and administration costs the first and second stage payments are not refundable.
